Front Desk Coordinator “
Family Dental office seeking a Part time ( 2 days a week ) Front Desk Receptionist.
Smiling from Open to Close :)
Schedule appointment for patients, call and confirm patients appts, check insurances, collect payment from patients, upload insurances, scan papers, keep the front organized and clean.
Educate patients on their treatment plans as well as maintaining their oral health.
Provides excellent chair-side clinical support and assistance to Doctors and Hygienists which includes, but not limited to, charting and operatory set-up and clean-up.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment possessing excellent interpersonal skills such as establishing positive relationships with our team and patients
Ability to communicate professionally both orally and in writing with a service-oriented approach.
Motivated to learn more and provide the best patient care at all times.
Candidate must be dependable and have the ability to multitask. Looking for a hard-working, honest team player! Duties include scheduling appointments, verifying dental insurance, checking patients in and out, and front administrative tasks.'
We are looking for Monday and Wednesday,.
Pay: $25.00 per hour
