We are a privately owned, family dental practice in Macomb, MI looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Dental Front Desk Receptionist to become a valued member of our team.

We are looking for someone who enjoys providing exceptional customer service, works well with a close-knit team, and is committed to helping our patients have a positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with scheduling and questions
- Schedule, confirm, and coordinate appointments efficiently
- Verify dental insurance benefits and explain coverage when appropriate
- Collect payments and maintain accurate patient accounts
- Maintain electronic patient records using Dentrix practice management software
- Coordinate daily schedules with the clinical team
- Help ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently
- Deliver outstanding customer service with every patient interaction
Qualifications
- Previous dental front desk experience preferred
- Experience using Dentrix is strongly preferred
- Knowledge of dental insurance verification and billing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and dependable work ethic
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
