Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and motivated Retail Store Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service, assisting with product displays, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily store activities. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, and possesses strong communication skills to create a welcoming shopping environment for all customers.
Duties
- Happily and loudly greet customers when the enter the store.
- Maintain a clean / organized store environment throughout shift.
- Operate POS systems efficiently for sales transactions.
- Manage merchandising tasks including re-stocking during the shift.
- Handle cashiering duties including cash handling, retail math calculations, and balancing registers.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
Qualifications

- Proactive (can do and will do attitude)
- Independent
- Willing to learn and adapt
- Previous retail sales experience helps but not required
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to perform basic math calculations related to retail transactions

Pay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour
