SmartTalent is looking to hire a Warehouse Shipping & Receiving for a company located in Renton, WA. Ideal candidate will be motivated to work full time and have 1 years of experience in a warehouse environment operating a sit down forklift. (Details below).

TITLE: Warehouse Shipping & Receiving

LOCATION: Renton, WA

SCHEDULE: 7am-4pm, Monday – Friday

PAY: $25-$27

Summary/Objective:

Must be a reliable and safety-conscious Warehouse Associate to join our client’s warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating material handling equipment to move, load, and organize food products efficiently and accurately. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Job Duties:

·        Load and unload trucks with food products, ensuring accurate handling and placement

·        Interact with customers and drivers in a professional and courteous manner

·        Perform order picking, stock replenishment, and inventory movement as directed

·        Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures

·        Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance issues

·        Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned by supervisor

·        Maintain a clean and organized work area

·        Comply with all company policies and food safety regulations

·        Operate sit down forklift

·        Complete the required record logs & document with legible handwriting

Requirements:

·        Good attendance is an absolute must!

·        1 year’s exp. in a warehouse environment

·        Team Player

·        Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly

·        Strong communication skills – written & verbal

·        Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities

·        Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment

·        Great attention to detail

·        Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and kneel for extended periods

·        Good attitude

·        Ability to do basic math
