SmartTalent is seeking a dependable and motivated Sanitation Teammate to join a food manufacturing facility in Woodinville, WA. The ideal candidate will take pride in maintaining a clean and sanitary workplace, following food safety and sanitation procedures, and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
LOCATION: Woodinville, WA
SCHEDULE:
Monday – Friday 5:30am - 2pm
PAY: $20 - $24/hr
BENEFITS OFFERED: Paid Weekly, Direct Deposit, Affordable Health Care, Full-Time
Essential Functions
- Perform general cleaning and sanitation duties as assigned.
- Learn to safely disassemble and reassemble equipment and parts that require cleaning.
- Use standard cleaning and sanitation chemicals according to company procedures.
- Document completed tasks in the Master Sanitation Log.
- Sweep, mop, and sanitize warehouse and production floors.
- Wash and sanitize equipment parts, carts, bins, barrels, utensils, and other production items.
- Empty production trash bins and vacuums.
- Learn to safely operate floor-scrubbing equipment.
- Participate in weekly and monthly deep-cleaning activities.
- Communicate any equipment, facility, or sanitation issues to the Sanitation Lead.

- Ability to understand and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team.
- Reliable and dependable with strong attention to cleanliness and detail.
- Comfortable working in a food manufacturing environment and following food safety requirements.
