Quality Inspector

Location: Everett, WA

Shift: Day Shift

Pay: $27 to $30 per hour based on experience

Position Overview

As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for inspecting and testing parts to ensure they meet engineering requirements and customer specifications. You’ll play a critical role in maintaining quality standards and supporting production excellence.

Key Responsibilities

·      Verify components and labeling per work orders.

·      Inspect parts using handheld measurement tools, test equipment, and visual techniques.

·      Perform first part, in-process, and final inspections.

·      Document inspection results and process parts electronically and physically.

·      Generate non-conformance reports for discrepant parts.

·      Operate quality measuring machinery (CMMs, Vision systems).

·      Ensure inspection equipment calibration is current.

·      Assist in investigations of non-conformities.

·      Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety practices.

Qualifications

·      High School Diploma or GED.

·      Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.

·      Strong math skills (fractions, decimals, measurements).

·      Knowledge of ISO and cGMP requirements.

·      Proficient with verniers, calipers, and similar inspection tools.

·      Basic blueprint reading required.

·      Ability to read, speak, and follow instructions in English.

·      Candidates must be a U.S. Person (Citizen or Permanent Resident) for compliance with ITAR/EAR regulations.
