Manufacturing Production Supervisor
SmartTalent is seeking a strong, people-focused leader to join our clients' growing team as a Weekend Shift Production Supervisor. This role is ideal for an experienced supervisor or someone with prior management experience ready to step into a leadership role within a manufacturing environment. Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required. We are primarily looking for someone with strong leadership, critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills who will work well with our existing leadership team and company culture. This position offers excellent long-term growth potential as the company continues to expand.
LOCATION: Everett, WA
Pay: $28 - $32
SCHEDULE:
Friday – Sunday 6am – 7pm – must be flexible to work other shifts as needed

Key Responsibilities
· Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of production employees, machine operators, assemblers, and fabricators
· Ensure employees are working safely and following company policies and procedures
· Oversee workflow, schedules, and production goals to ensure deadlines are met
· Provide coaching, training, performance feedback, and employee support
· Conduct regular one-on-ones and assist with performance management
· Collaborate with other departments, including Planning and Purchasing, to support production operations
· Monitor product quality, equipment performance, and operational efficiency
· Assist in resolving employee concerns and production-related issues
· Support continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, quality, and productivity
Qualifications & Skills
· Previous supervisory or management experience required
· Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
· Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
· Manufacturing experience is a plus, but leadership ability and team fit are the priority
