PM Freezer Order Picker

SmartTalent is looking to hire a PM Order Picker for a Large Food Manufacturer in Auburn, WA.

TITLE: PM Freezer Order Picker

LOCATION: Auburn, WA

SCHEDULE: Sun-Thurs, 3pm - 11:30pm OT when needed

PAY: $23

ABOUT THE JOB:

You will work in both a **-10°F freezer** and a dry warehouse environment, with freezer gear provided. Most team members complete their freezer order picking within approximately four hours, although longer periods in the freezer may be required based on operational needs. Responsibilities include picking customer orders using a Windows-based handheld scanner, building pallets with product, wrapping completed pallets for shipment and truck loading, and entering order and inventory information into the computer system. Additional duties may include loading and unloading trucks, general cleaning, and other warehouse tasks as assigned to support daily operations.

YOUR MAIN TASKS:

· Work safely and follow all company rules

· Stick to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)

· Pick orders from freezer & dry setting

· Loading and unloading

· Palletize product

· Enter information related to orders into computer

· Utilize hand held scanner

· Help keep areas neat and organized

· Take on other tasks your lead or supervisor assigns

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· Reliable attendance

· Physically able to lift up to 50lbs

· Must be able to communicate in English.

· Able to work in a fast-paced environment

· Experience with electric pallet jack and sit down forklift

· Previous food production experience is a bonus

· Must follow ALL proper GMP regulations

· Reliable transportation (not bus accessible)

· A positive, team-first attitude
