TITLE: Installer
LOCATION: Kent, WA
SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday, 6am – 2:30pm
PAY: $23 - $27

JOB FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Works as part of a larger team under the direction of a Lead Installer to complete on-site furniture installations on projects of various sizes throughout the region.
- Install furniture on-site according to plans, specifications, and project scope
- Read blueprints, layouts, and product instructions
- Perform installation tasks such as adjustments, repairs, field cuts, and modifications
- Receive, inspect, and document delivered product and materials
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Communicate project status, issues, and punch lists to project teams
- Maintain professional behavior and appearance with customers and coworkers
- Adapt to changing job site conditions and solve basic field issues
REQUIREMENT SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
- Reliable attendance and punctuality required
- Ability to lift and carry products weighing 20–75 pounds regularly throughout the shift
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods
- 1–3 years of related experience or equivalent training
- Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand/power tools
