Janitorial Worker
SmartTalent Lynnwood is seeking to hire an experienced Janitorial associate for a medical clinic in Everett. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a clinical setting and have previous janitorial experience. Must have your own vehicle and license to travel between locations.
LOCATION: Everett, WA
Pay: $19 - $20 DOE
SCHEDULE:
Saturday – Tuesday – 4 shifts scheduled between 5pm – 2am – 25 hours per week

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
• Adheres to established cleaning routines on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis as directed by the supervisor.
• Utilizes appropriate cleaning methods in alignment with product guidelines to support environmental infection control.
• Operates equipment and handles supplies correctly to ensure effective use.
• Completes assigned tasks independently with minimal oversight.
• Requests necessary supplies and equipment to carry out cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Ensures building security and safety by securing doors after hours and verifying the proper use of electrical appliances to prevent hazards.
• Follows protocols for chemical cleaners and power equipment to avoid damage to floors and fixtures.
• Reports any significant repair needs or necessary upgrades to building systems to management.
• Maintains consistent attendance to support daily operations and uphold continuity of patient care.

• Reads, speaks, understands and writes proficiently in English.
• Works independently and is self-directed.

• Possesses a basic understanding of janitorial equipment and supplies.
