Warehouse Lead
SmartTalent is hiring an experienced Lead Warehouse Associate / Forklift Driver for a food production client in Woodinville, WA. This role is responsible for managing receiving, shipping, inventory, and overall warehouse organization while ensuring compliance with food safety standards. The ideal candidate has strong forklift experience, is detail-oriented, and can effectively coordinate shipments, maintain accurate records, and communicate across teams. This position plays a key role in keeping operations running efficiently and supporting both internal teams and customer needs.
LOCATION: Woodinville, WA
SCHEDULE:
7am –330pm Monday - Friday
PAY:
$26 - $28

Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials throughout the warehouse and production areas
- Lead warehouse and forklift safety training, maintain shipping/receiving logs, and track incoming deliveries and any discrepancies
- Maintain an organized warehouse environment that aligns with food safety standards and adapts to seasonal demands
- Coordinate outbound shipments to the Arlington, WA facility and manage eCommerce orders through UPS and FedEx
- Communicate regularly with the Arlington Warehouse Supervisor and Logistics Coordinator regarding shipments and inventory movement between locations
- Inspect and document incoming shipments to ensure accuracy in quantity and quality
- Monitor and maintain inventory of shipping materials using the warehouse management system (WMS)

- Preferred Experience & Education
- Current forklift certification
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Experience in receiving operations
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) and standard computer programs (Word, Excel, shipping software, etc.)
- High school diploma or GED
