Pay: $20 - $25 hourly, DOE

Location: Lacey, WA

Schedule: Hours & Days vary, 5 hour shifts (Full Time Optional)

About the Job: This role supports office operations and front desk activities, serving as the first point of contact for guests and employees. You'll be responsible for keeping the amenity center’s conference rooms organized, assisting visitors, and ensuring smooth office operations with a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

•                Greet and assist customers, visitors, and employees with a positive and helpful attitude.

•                Maintain and organize conference rooms and mailroom.

•                Direct guests and provide support where needed within the office.

•                Prioritize tasks and manage multiple people arriving at the office simultaneously.

•                Assist with administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications:

•                Proficient in reading, speaking, understanding, and writing in English.

•                Ability to work independently and effectively in a team environment.

•                Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks.

•                Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure and emergency situations.

•                Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.

•                Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

•                Strong computer skills, including scanning, creating electronic files, and using Excel.

•                Excellent communication skills and the ability to learn new tasks quickly.

•                Reliable attendance is a must.
