Assembly/Production
SmartTalent is hiring Production Associates for a growing manufacturing company in Everett! This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, have strong attention to detail, and take pride in producing quality products.
LOCATION: Everett, WA
PAY: $19.77 - $20/hr.
SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday 5am – 1:30pm

Job Responsibilities
· Assemble products and components according to work instructions and specifications
· Strip and crimp wires using hand tools and production equipment
· Perform repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining quality standards
· Use basic hand tools safely and efficiently
· Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality expectations
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
· Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines
· Assist with other production duties as assigned
Qualifications
· Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
· Experience stripping and crimping wires is a plus
· Comfortable using basic hand tools
· Ability to read and follow work instructions
· Blueprint reading experience is a plus
· Strong attention to detail and quality
· Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
· Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
Physical Requirements
· Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
· Frequently lift up to 35 pounds
· Repetitive use of hands and arms throughout the workday
· Ability to bend, reach, and twist as needed
