TITLE: Warehouse Associate
LOCATION: Lacey, WA
SCHEDULE: Sunday – Thursday | 10:30am – 7:00pm
PAY: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

ABOUT THE JOB
SmartTalent is seeking dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associates for our client in Lacey, WA. This is a full-time opportunity with a well-established company offering consistent hours and long-term potential.
In this role, you will assist with loading and unloading shipments, palletizing products, organizing inventory, and supporting daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in their work, and is committed to maintaining a safe and productive workplace.
JOB DUTIES
· Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments safely and efficiently
· Build, stack, wrap, and move pallets throughout the warehouse
· Organize materials and maintain inventory accuracy
· Assist with general warehouse cleaning and organization
· Follow company safety policies and procedures
· Support additional warehouse functions as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
· Ability to consistently lift and move 50-70 pounds
· Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical labor throughout the shift
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
· Reliable attendance and punctuality
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
