Job Title: HR Coordinator
Duration: 6 months contract – can extend
Location: Richmond, VA (primary) or McLean, VA (secondary) hybrid three days/week onsite
Sr. HR Coordinator
Business Testing supporting internal clients within benefits administrations serving as liaison between tech team and business
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with other associates across HR and the organization as a whole. The individual will provide consultation to internal associates on HR processes and applications. The individual helps drive HR enhancement projects for current HR processes and applications.
Represent Benefits & HR Services in the HR Product OneTeam Operating Model to translate business intent and capability needs and ensure system and data management strategies enable evolution toward future vision for Benefits & HR Services
Support implementation of technology for all teams across Benefits & HR Services from problem identification through roll-out, including partnering on ROI analysis, requirements development, managing testing, post implementation monitoring, supplier technology implementations/integrations, and HR Product OneTeam engagement to deliver enhancements (both functional and reporting) that advance priorities
Ensure technology platforms and applications deliver the data, reports, and dashboards necessary to enable well-managed operations and facilitate sharing of insights within and outside of Benefits & HR Services
Partner with Benefits & HR Services Delivery Team to align delivery support to prioritized technology projects, as needed
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources, Benefits or Payroll administration; or, equivalent combination of related work experience and education
At least 1 year of experience participating in technology projects, with demonstrated project management experience, overseeing initiatives from concept to completion, including effective stakeholder
engagement.
At least 1 year of experience participating in testing strategy, test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and overseeing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), in partnership with the client group
At least 2 years of experience in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Suite such as Google Docs, Slides, Sheets, etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency with Workday and Salesforce.
Experience using AI and/or technology to generate creative ideas, solve problems, troubleshoot common business problems, and translate them into tangible more efficient work products.
1 years of experience with Workday configuration or Workday integrations
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Data Analytics, Business Analysis, Business Administration, or Human Resources
2 years of experience in Systems Analysis, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or Benefits
1 years of experience with Google Apps Script or Visual Basic for Applications (VBA)
1 years of experience with Kainos.
