What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Onboarding Coordinator position at Dexian?
As an HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting new hire employees, hiring managers, suppliers and vendors to execute the background process, as well as partner with teams to support the post-selection process. You will manage a high volume of workflow tasks such as ensuring the completion of Docusign disclosure process, ensuring the Pre-Employment check process is completed, communicating background results and providing confirmation for employee badges. Additionally, you will serve as the primary point of contact for new hires guiding them through each stage of the background process.
Responsibilities include:
- Partner with new hires to support them through the post selection and Pre-employment check process
- Manage post selection pipeline for new hires across the enterprise by managing impediments directly
- Track high-volume new hire data and maintain high level of integrity related to Personal Information
- Build relationships with new hires, suppliers and partners at a high-volume, understand and help with any impediments to moving through the process
- End to end support and key contact for all stages of the Pre-Employment and badging confirmation process
- Ensure proper management of new hire and operational data; ad hoc reporting request from partner groups
- Responding to a range of queries from new hires, managers and suppliers
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts through agile pods
- Work closely and consult with HR, ESM and ESS partners on the post selection process
- Develop / maintain process documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1 years of professional experience in HR operations, recruiting and/or recruiting coordination
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage high-volume requests while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness
- Strong communication and customer service mindset when interacting with internal stakeholders and candidates
- Comfortable working within structured processes and learning new systems quickly
- Experience with Google Suite, Workday, Zoom, or other HR or recruiting platforms
