Associate Customer Service Representative
Location: Springfield, IL 62704 | 100% Onsite
Pay rate: $19/hr on W2
Contract: Extension possible based on business needs
Start: ASAP
Responsibilities
- Answer and route incoming phone calls.
- Prepare quotes for aftermarket requests.
- Enter customer orders into SAP upon receipt of PO.
- Coordinate with shipping/warehouse teams for urgent orders.
- Assign Planned Maintenance work orders in ServiceMax to Field Service Engineers.
- Process goods receipts for incoming parts/instruments.
- Provide general team support during peak workload.
- Perform accurate data entry.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma 2 years of data entry/customer service experience OR Associate Degree with relevant experience.
- Strong communication, organizational, and data entry skills.
- SAP and ServiceMax experience preferred.
Note: No overtime currently available. Extensions depend on business requirements. Candidates who are actively looking and can start ASAP are preferred.
