- We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong Banking Domain expertise to lead and manage business and technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, business teams, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from planning to deployment.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors.
- Define project scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
- Track project progress and provide regular status updates.
- Ensure compliance with banking and regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate meetings, requirement gathering, and project governance.
- Identify and resolve project risks and issues proactively.
Required Skills
- 8 years of Project Management experience.
- Strong experience in the Banking/Financial Services domain.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and MS Project.
