What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dynamics 365 Finance Application Support Engineer position at Smart IT Frame LLC?
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) functional/application support.
- Strong knowledge of General Ledger, AP/AR, Cash & Bank Management, Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting.
- Experience with Project Accounting, Expense Reports, Timesheets, Number Sequences, and localization.
- Troubleshoot finance configurations, transactions, posting issues, workflows, and production incidents.
- Knowledge of security roles, application configuration, and period-close processes.
- Good understanding of Dataverse, Power Platform, Dual-write, and data entities is a plus.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and customer communication skills.
Note: Candidates must be flexible to work 24x7 rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
