- The Aetna IT Delivery organization, part of CVS Healths Data, Digital, Analytics, Technology (DDAT) division, is seeking a Conversational AI Engineer specializing in IBM WatsonX Orchestrate AI technologies.
- You will drive the end-to-end user experience for a next-generation Conversational AI platform designed to support members and providers by accessing timely, accurate health insurance answers across digital channels.

- 8.Responsibilities :
- In this role, you will architect, implement, and optimize rich conversational flows using IBMs Conversational AI stack, while integrating enterprise data sources to deliver context-aware, trustworthy responses.
- You Will collaborate with product, UI/UX, and backend teams to define requirements, influence features, and ensure scalable, user-centric solutions.
- Ability to design and develop AI conversations with responses coming from outside APIs via cloud function or integration with other systems. Applying clean coding skills and best practices.
- Collaborating with user interface designers and backend application integration teams to understand the mechanisms through which the conversational AI solution will be used and what is needed to fulfill intents. Collaborating with teams and other developers to design, develop, test, deploy and maintain a chatbot.
- Troubleshoot bots, debug, and deploy chatbots on various channels (voice/chat). Leveraging AI, NLP Technologies and cognitive machine learning to develop chatbot applications.
- Integrate chatbot solutions with multiple platforms. Enhancing user effectiveness of the conversational agents with the help of advanced technologies. Continuously develop knowledge of emerging technologies and analytics techniques and support the pursuit of business development opportunities.
