Required Skills
- 10 years software engineering
- 3 years AI‑augmented development tooling
- Strong SDLC, CI/CD, and security governance background
- Hands‑on with AI coding assistants
- Excellent communication & leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and configure AI coding assistants (Copilot, Claude, Cursor, Amazon Q)
- Define AI governance, SAST, secrets scanning, and code provenance standards
- Embed AI tools into CI/CD and SDLC workflows
- Design developer productivity measurement programs
- Translate productivity insights into executive recommendations
- Enable teams through standards, training, and best practices
