🔹 Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams.
🔹 Lead discovery workshops, gather business requirements, and create functional deliverables.
🔹 Manage end-to-end program planning, timelines, milestones, RAID logs, and executive reporting.
🔹 Facilitate governance meetings, steering committees, and project working sessions.
🔹 Collaborate with architects and technology teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
🔹 Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and delivery roadblocks across multiple projects.
🔹 Drive executive communication, stakeholder engagement, and change management initiatives.
🔹 Support Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models to ensure successful program execution.
