We're actively looking for an MDM Lead with 13–18 years of experience and deep expertise in Informatica MDM and Informatica Cloud MDM to join a dynamic team delivering large-scale data management solutions.

🔹 What You'll Be Doing
✔ Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise Informatica MDM & Cloud MDM solutions.
✔ Build scalable data models, integration frameworks, and MDM architectures.
✔ Configure and optimize matching, survivorship, validation rules, and data quality processes.
✔ Manage data ingestion, publishing, exception handling, and SIF framework integrations.
✔ Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality MDM solutions.
✔ Drive platform optimization, governance, security, and performance improvements.
✔ Mentor technical teams and establish MDM best practices across the organization.
🔹 Required Skills
✅ 13–18 years of IT experience.
✅ Hands-on expertise in Informatica MDM & Informatica Cloud MDM.
✅ Strong experience with SQL, Data Modeling, Metadata Management, and Data Stewardship.
✅ Experience with Fuzzy Matching, Survivorship Rules, Validation Rules, and Address Doctor.
✅ Knowledge of SIF Framework, ETL, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
✅ Strong understanding of enterprise data governance and MDM architecture.
