Key Responsibilities:
HR Compliance
• Own and manage the organization's Form I-9 compliance process, ensuring adherence to U.S. employment eligibility verification requirements. • Conduct periodic I-9 audits and maintain accurate employee documentation. • Coordinate responses to government agencies including the Department of Labor (DOL) and support internal and external compliance audits. • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations. • Maintain employee records while ensuring confidentiality and data integrity. • Partner with HR leadership on compliance initiatives and policy implementation.
Office Administration
• Manage day-to-day administration of the Houston office. • Coordinate facility management activities, including building maintenance, vendor management, security access, office supplies, and workspace planning. • Oversee company vehicle administration, including vehicle leases, renewals, maintenance scheduling, and coordination for managers. • Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers. • Support travel, office events, and employee engagement initiatives. • Monitor administrative budgets and ensure cost-effective office operations.
Employee Support
• Act as the primary point of contact for office-related employee queries. • Coordinate onboarding logistics for new employees. • Support HR operations by coordinating documentation, employee communications, and administrative processes.
