Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Business Analyst to define requirements, enhance processes, and support technology initiatives across Cards, Payments, or Retail Banking functions. The role involves partnering with business and technology teams to deliver efficient, compliant, and scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document KYC/AML business requirements
- Analyze customer onboarding and KYC processes
- Create BRD/FRD, user stories, process flows, and business rules
- Work with Compliance, Risk, Operations, and Technology teams
- Analyze KYC data and identify process gaps/improvements
- Support UAT, testing, defect resolution, and implementation
- Ensure solutions align with KYC/AML regulatory and compliance requirements
Qualifications
- 8–12 years of Business Analysis experience with KYC / AML / Customer Due Diligence (CDD).
- Strong skills in data analysis and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with BA tools: JIRA, Confluence, Visio, process mapping, and documentation.
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
