Responsibilities
- 3 years of technical experience in Big Data / Data Platform technologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Spark, Azure SQL, Python, and ETL issues.
- Provide customer support via email, phone, and chat.
- Monitor Spark clusters, logs, performance, and data pipelines.
- Troubleshoot Databricks, Spark Streaming, networking, and connectivity issues.
- Analyze issues, identify root causes, and provide timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Communicate status, next steps, and resolutions clearly to customers.
- Provide 24×7 rotational support, including weekends and holidays.
