Job Summary:
We are looking for an AI Enablement Specialist to serve as the first line of support for enterprise AI tools, including Microsoft 365 Copilot and Claude Enterprise.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years in an IT Service Desk or End‑User Support role
- Hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot or similar AI tools
- Training & enablement experience
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Onsite availability (Mon–Fri)
Responsibilities
- Provide AI tool support, triage, and escalation
- Guide users on effective prompting and AI workflows
- Deliver AI onboarding, role‑based training, and office hours
- Drive AI adoption through enablement and change management
- Track and report AI usage, adoption KPIs, and ROI insights
- Build FAQs, prompt libraries, and self‑service resources
