Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, deep understanding of Salesforce platforms, and the ability to drive cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle Salesforce projects (implementation, migration, enhancement, support)
- Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables
- Manage cross-functional teams including developers, admins, architects, and business stakeholders
- Ensure successful delivery using Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies
- Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and budget
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and stakeholder meetings
- Coordinate with business teams to gather and refine requirements
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and governance standards
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular status updates
- Drive UAT, deployment planning, and post-go-live support
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 7 years of experience in project management with at least 3 years in Salesforce projects
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.)
- Proven experience managing large-scale CRM implementations
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, integrations, and data migration
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, PMP, Scrum Master)
- Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools like MuleSoft)
- Exposure to DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, CI/CD pipelines)
- Domain experience (Finance, Healthcare, Energy, Retail, etc.)
