Position Overview and Impact:

We are seeking a driven and strategic leader to manage the onboarding process for our Independent Corporate Distributor (ICD) network. The ICD Onboarding Manager will be accountable for ensuring operational excellence, consistency, and efficiency across all onboarding and maintenance processes while cultivating strong internal and external partnerships.

The Basics:

• Location: Newport Beach, CA; 1–2 days in office weekly*
• Compensation: $80,000-$90,000/year, commensurate with experience, bonus potential
• Travel: Up to 15%
• Reports to: Operations Manager

What You'll Do:

• Provide oversight and direction for the ICD Onboarding Team, ensuring workflows are completed accurately, consistently, and in compliance with organizational standards
• Serve as the main point of escalation and liaison for internal teams and external partners, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional communication throughout onboarding and maintenance
• Continuously evaluate and provide feedback to improve ICD Onboarding and maintenance processes to meet evolving needs, increasing volumes, and future growth
• Drive adoption of new systems, processes, and compliance requirements through training and implementation support
• Conduct Welcome and Check-in Calls with ICDs to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and proactively address concerns
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce, ensuring accessibility and alignment with business needs
• Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture through clear expectations, coaching, and leadership
• Monitor team performance metrics and share actionable insights to enhance efficiency and results

Qualifications and Expertise:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a leadership, supervisory, or team lead role
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• High attention to detail with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Proven ability to mentor and support team success
• Positive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented mindset

The compensation range reflects the Company’s reasonable expectation at the time of posting.
