The Basics
- Location: Hybrid, 3 days on-site at our Newport Beach, CA office
- Compensation: $140,000-175,000/year commensurate with experience
- Travel: Up to 10%
- Reports To: Chief Analytics Manager
- Own financial and operational reporting across multiple campaigns and clients, with a focus on driving sales performance and profitability
- Analyze sales data to uncover trends, optimize incentive structures, and support strategic decision-making
- Partner with sales leaders to refine compensation models and consumer offers that improve revenue outcomes
- Build and maintain pro-forma P&Ls, forecast customer lifetime value, and run multi-scenario simulations
- Design and manage Tableau dashboards that integrate Salesforce and Excel data for real-time insights
- Lead sales forecasting and gross profit modeling to support client growth strategies
- Serve as the primary contact for clients on campaign performance, data analysis, and issue resolution
- Ensure accurate and timely commission calculations across all campaigns
- Develop financial and operational goals in collaboration with executives and clients
- Validate complex datasets and deliver clear, actionable reporting
- Improve processes through automation, SOP development, and best practice implementation
- Support ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed
- 6 years in FP&A, business intelligence, and sales analytics
- Advanced Tableau skills (including LOD expressions, calculated fields, and dashboard design)
- Strong experience working with large datasets (tens of thousands to millions of rows)
- Highly proficient in Salesforce and Excel
- Excellent communication skills, with a track record of executive and client-facing collaboration
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive mindset
