Role Summary
The Warehouse Associate works in a fast-paced, physical role. Responsible preparing orders for shipping, as well as helping to keep the warehouse space neat and orderly. This may involve pulling and moving inventory. Must help with team reorganization efforts. It may also involve more routine cleaning and maintenance duties, as determined by the needs of the day and assigned by leadership.

It may also involve more routine cleaning and maintenance duties, as determined by the needs of the day and assigned by leadership.

Your Day-to-day Might Include
- Select material for shipment from shipping/receiving documentation
- Load, unload, and stack materials in accordance with established procedures
- Pull and compare inventory records and ensure accuracy of load
- Monitor loading process and ensure proper signing of shipping paperwork
- Communicate non-compliance problems to supervisor and/or shift lead
- Housekeeping and cleaning of truck docks and storage area
- Retain loading requirements and schedule flow of carriers in and out of loading area
- Operate forklift, clamp to move jumbos and/or pallet jack to move materials to and from storage areas and workstations
- Take care of the equipment before and after use it in accordance with the internal procedures.
- Operate safely in accordance with the internal procedures.
- Performs other duties as assigned
- 1 year of warehouse/manufacturing experience, preferred but not required
- Ability to accurately select and load material properly to meet production requirements
- Ability to accurately use equipment provided, training may be provided
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to read and understand material tags and shipping/receiving documentation
- Knowledge of raw materials and shipping/receiving processes
- Knowledge of and ability to comply with safety rules and requirements
- Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs or more with assistance
- Ability to push/pull racks with material
- High School Diploma or GED
