About the job
The Shipping and Receiving Clerk manages incoming and outgoing shipments, ensures accurate
documentation in the ERP system, and maintains organized inventory flow within a fast-paced
manufacturing environment.
We're looking for someone who
● Holds a high school diploma or GED (some college preferred)
● Has 2–5 years of administrative or related experience in a manufacturing environment
(preferred)
● Has shipping and receiving and/or stockroom experience (preferred)
● Is familiar with export compliance processes including international shipments, AES filings,
and denial screenings (preferred)
● Has experience with ERP systems such as Sage (preferred)
● Is proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
● Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills
● Is detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage high volumes of materials
● Can work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
● Thinks critically and meets deadlines in a fast-paced environment
● Maintains strong integrity, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
● Is able to lift up to 50lbs safely
What you'll do
● Receive deliveries, unpack items, and verify shipments against purchase orders in the ERP
system
● Process receipt of goods in Sage ERP and generate open work order shortage reports
● Create and document receipt lot numbers
● Report defective or questionable materials to Purchasing and/or QA
● Route incoming materials to QA and requesting departments
● Prepare products for return to vendors as directed
● Package and prepare parts for domestic and international shipment
● Process daily shipment transactions within the ERP system
● Support international consolidated shipments, AES filings, and denial screenings
● Scan and electronically file work order packets and shipment documentation
● Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies
● Coordinate daily shipments with the Logistics Coordinator
● Perform additional projects and provide department backup as needed
● Maintain an organized and safe work area
Salary : $22 - $24
