Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Assemble implantable Class III ophthalmic medical devices and insertion systemsPerform component cleaning and inspection according to SOPs and DHRsSupport engineering tests by executing defined test methodsRecord and maintain documentation as required by QA systemsAssist in generating or editing SOPs and DHRs for development activitiesContribute to safe, effective product development from concept through productionWork under direction from management or engineering staff with direct oversightOther duties as assigned to support production, engineering, clinical, and QA goalsMinimum Qualifications and Experience:1–3 years of experience as an engineering or production technicianHigh attention to detail and documentation accuracyAbility to follow standard operating procedures and work instructionsComfortable working in a regulated environment (medical device experience is a plus)Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive assembly tasksStrong work ethic, team collaboration, and willingness to learnCompany DescriptionSlingShot Connections provides contract staffing, direct hire placement, executive search recruitment, payroll services, and customized staffing solutions for numerous verticals, including accounting & finance, hospitality, human resources, and many more.
