The individual selected for this role will be tasked with leading coordination efforts across all Divisions and drive adoption of data-driven operational project management procedures.
Duties
- Learn the regulatory landscape of DFS and identify all major submission processes for each Division.
- Map and define source data for all major submission processes, establish timelines, and hold regular status meetings with Bureaus within each Division.
- Identify and raise technical issues, bottlenecks, and roadblocks to management.
- Produce regular status reports that visualize progress and reinforce scope.
- Coordinate closely with Information Technology to understand system capabilities.
- Create and maintain various reporting processes, including interactive dashboards and other visualizations of the initiative.
- Experience (15 Years)
- Plans, organizes and integrates cross-functional information technology projects that are significant in scope and impact.
- This is an 100% Onsite.
- 84 months of enterprise project management experience with cross-functional teams.
- 84 months of experience with strategic portfolio and program management.
- 60 months of experience with executive stakeholder management and C-suite communications.
- 60 months of experience with project performance reporting using KPIs and dashboards.
- 48 months of experience coordinating closely with IT on technical projects
- 48 months of experience utilizing SQL, Python, R, and/or VBA.
- 24 Months of Experience in cloud-based data platforms, preferably Snowflake.
- Bachelor's Degree
