Due to continued growth, the company is looking for an ambitious Assistant Project Manager who is ready to take the next step in their career and progress into a Project Manager position.

In this role, you'll support the successful delivery of projects from pre-construction through completion. You'll be responsible for coordinating subcontractors, managing RFIs and submittals, assisting with procurement, reviewing drawings and specifications, tracking project schedules and budgets, and liaising with clients, consultants, and field teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

The Role:

• Assist in managing commercial construction projects from inception through completion
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders
• Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation

• General construction experience
• Strong understanding of construction processes and project documentation
• Permanent US work status
• Motivated to progress into a Project Manager role
