Description
Provide Infrastructure/PeopleSoft Administration support for current PeopleSoft SLMS and suggested enhancements as part of the projects above.
Duties
- Research, Document and Guide the PeopleSoft Infrastructure design/layout based on PeopleSoft best practices for implementation on upgrade.
- Support Installation, configuration/application triage of the various software components of PeopleSoft (WebLogic, Tuxedo, Elasticsearch, Oracle database) for new Peoplesoft required environments with latest technology stack.
- Provide technical direction to meet business needs.
- Work with other agencies and technical support teams in pursuit of technically excellent solutions.
- Produce technically excellent solutions architecture that is aligned to business needs and direction.
- Research, resolve, and test configurations.
- Provide Research, Analysis and PeopleSoft Application support for the current Legacy PeopleSoft Applications.
- Support the proposed Peoplesoft enhancement project as required.
- Experience (15 Years)
- Makes high-level design choices and dictates technical standards, including software coding standards, tools, and platforms. Designs multi-leveled architecture or component interactions of a large-scale software system.
- This is an 100% Onsite.
- 84 Months of system administration experience in Oracle's PeopleSoft HR & HCM 9 or higher release. Where duties included installation, configuration, tuning, upgrade/patching, and perform code migrations in a Unix/Solaris/Linux environment.
- 84 Months of system administration experience utilizing PeopleSoft People Tools 8.49 or higher, including installation, upgrading, patching, tuning/configuration.
- 84 Months of experience in performing People Tools and PeopleSoft application upgrades utilizing PUM and Change Assistant tools.
- 60 Months of experience with WebLogic and Tuxedo including troubleshooting, installation, configuration, upgrading, and high availability (HA).
- 60 Months of experience with Oracle 10g or higher database releases in creating and maintaining Peoplesoft databases.
