Description
The consultant hired from this procurement will perform development of a replacement .Net application for the outdated RFMS application and implementation and onboarding to the NAC. Primary responsibility will be development of these applications using our defined technology stack.
Duties
- Development work required to support upgrading the RFMS application from outdated technology and onboarding for the NAC process.
- Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Primary development for the RFMS application.
- Primary development for other projects as necessary
- Provide expertise and guidance to lower-level programming staff
- Assist with architectural overview of new proposed applications
- Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned.
- Work independently with Program area staff to understand requirements of system.
- Experience (15 Years)
- Makes high-level design choices and dictates technical standards, including software coding standards, tools, and platforms. Designs multi-leveled architecture or component interactions of a large-scale software system.
- This is an 100% Onsite.
- 84 months experience developing & deploying n-tier asp.Net Web apps using vb.net web services.
- 84 months experience coding with C#.
- 36 months experience developing applications utilizing ASP .Net MVC.
- 72 months development experience using Oracle and/or SQL with experience in SQL programming, stored procedures and oracle packages.
- 36 months experience creating n-tiered applications utilizing Microsoft’s Entity Framework.
- 36 months experience creating n-tiered applications with Javascript, jQuery, AngularJS, Wijmo.
- 12 months experience using Responsive Web Design such as Bootstrap.
- 24 months experience developing projects related to social services (for example, Food Stamps, Medicaid, HEAP, TANF) or accounting.
- Bachelors’ Degree
