What You Will Be Doing
- Process policy change requests and renewal reviews within authority.
- Follow up with agents to resolve outstanding requirements.
- Assist with agency and customer communications via incoming and outgoing phones calls, emails and other approved methods of communication.
- Monitor and manage email communication from agents and customers.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to leadership.
- Maintain records according to company standards, ensuring that procedures are properly followed, and that information is accurately documented.
- Ensure that QA metrics are met regarding client satisfaction and call management.
- Perform other duties, as assigned.
Education, Experience, and Licensing:
- High School diploma required.
- 1 years' experience in underwriting department
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proven ability to be adaptable and flexible. Adjusting to new requirements or unforeseen issues.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to professionally interact with team members in other departments.
- Proficient in MSO/365 applications such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
