We are seeking a PMO Scheduler to build and maintain the master project schedule for a large-scale state government systems engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain integrated project schedule across all workstreams (design, development, testing, data conversion, training, cutover)
- Track task dependencies, critical path, and milestone progress
- Support the PMO in schedule reporting and variance analysis
- Coordinate with workstream leads to keep schedule data current and accurate
- Flag scheduling risks and support mitigation planning
Qualifications:
- 5 years of scheduling experience on large IT implementation projects
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project or similar scheduling tools
- Experience with government or public sector projects preferred
- Strong attention to detail and cross-team coordination skills
