We are seeking a Maintenance & Operations (M&O) Manager to lead the ongoing M&O workstream for a large state government system, ensuring operational stability and SLA/KPI compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day maintenance and operations of the production system
- Monitor system performance against SLAs and KPIs, and drive remediation when needed
- Coordinate with support teams to resolve operational issues
- Report on system health and operational metrics to State stakeholders
- Plan and oversee ongoing enhancements and maintenance releases
Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience managing M&O for large-scale enterprise or government systems
- Strong understanding of SLA/KPI frameworks and operational reporting
- Experience with state or federal government systems preferred
- Full-time dedication to the program required
