Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold cleanliness standards.
- Handle laundry duties
- Maintain floor care by sweeping, scrubbing, polishing, and applying appropriate treatments to preserve flooring quality.

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents’ or guests’ requests promptly and professionally.

Requirements

- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, carpet cleaners, buffers, and steam cleaners effectively.

- Prior janitorial or custodial experience is highly desirable; hotel experience is a plus.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain high standards of cleanliness consistently.
