The Ideal Candidate Will
- Have a commitment to Touchmark’s values (excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion), as well as a desire to model these values and encourage others to be allies, friends, and givers
- Be comfortable working independently while also being part of a supportive team
- Must be able to get along with pets, as we are a pet-friendly community
- Be committed to and passionate about providing exceptional customer service
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Have experience working as a housekeeper in a resort, healthcare, hotel, or retirement community setting (preferred but not required)
- Be available to consistently work weekends and occasional holidays
- Be able to read, write, and speak English
- Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members, and visitors
- Have strong attention to detail and pride in creating clean, welcoming spaces
- Be physically able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties throughout the shift
