Schedule: Part Time (must be available for weekend and holiday rotation)
Pay: 17.70-19.90 based on experience.
Touchmark on West Prospect is Fox Valley’s leading full-service retirement community, enriching the lives of residents and their families through five-star hospitality, compassionate care, and engaging programs. We are seeking a Part-Time Life Enrichment Coordinator to design and lead meaningful, person-centered activities for residents in our Memory Care neighborhood.

What You’ll Do:
- Plan, organize, and lead engaging activities that support the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social well-being of residents.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with residents and families.
- Adapt programs to meet varying ability levels and interests.
- Facilitate group and one-on-one programs, including music, art, movement, and sensory-based activities.
- Assist with outings and special events, ensuring safety and inclusion.
- Collaborate with the Resident Care Manager and other departments to align programming with resident needs.
- Maintain accurate attendance, participation, and progress documentation.
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant college coursework preferred. Must be 18 years old to work in this licensed neighborhood
- Experience in social or recreational programming in a healthcare or senior living setting.
- Patience, empathy, and creativity when engaging with residents living with dementia.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs., move throughout the community, and transport residents to events.
