Duties
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring all guest information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Handle phone systems to respond to inquiries, take reservations, and provide information about hotel services and amenities.
- Assist guests with any requests or issues during their stay, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Perform night audit duties as required, balancing accounts and preparing reports for management.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Stay informed about local attractions, events, and services to provide recommendations to guests.
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Familiarity with hospitality management software is an advantage.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist a diverse clientele.
- Experience with night audits is a plus but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
