What You’ll Do

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC basics, painting, drywall, etc.)
• Complete daily work orders and preventative maintenance tasks
• Troubleshoot guest room issues quickly and professionally
• Maintain building systems, equipment, and safety features
• Assist with groundskeeping, pool care (if applicable), and general upkeep
• Work closely with housekeeping and front desk to resolve issues fast
• Ensure all work meets brand and safety standards
