Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage the check-in and check-out process smoothly and efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using hotel management software.
- Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are processed accurately.
- Operate multi-line phone systems, responding to calls in a professional manner while managing front desk operations.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for incoming guests.
Skills
- Strong background in hospitality management or hotel management preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Familiarity with front desk operations and night audit processes is a plus.
- Proficient in using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software.
- Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with guests and team members.
