Front Desk - Customer Service Representative (2nd Shift 3-11PM)

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively and handle inquiries with professionalism will be essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Duties

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of financial exchanges.
• Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or provide updates.
• Resolve customer complaints with empathy and efficiency, ensuring a positive experience.
• Document customer interactions in the company database for future reference.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and address recurring issues.
• Maintain a professional demeanor while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Skills

• Strong phone etiquette to ensure clear and respectful communication with customers.
• Proven experience in cash handling, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse customers.
• Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
• Familiarity with office environments and standard operating procedures for customer support.
• Ability to conduct outbound calling effectively while maintaining professionalism.
