Position Summary

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for executing diverse maintenance operations to uphold the hotel's operational functionality and aesthetic standards. This encompasses executing repairs, undertaking preventative maintenance, and responding promptly and effectively to maintenance requests from guests and staff.

• General Maintenance:
  
  

Perform inspections and repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, appliances). Handle maintenance requests promptly, following safety rules. Document work. Assist with event setups/breakdowns. Do painting, lighting repairs, and maintain clean maintenance areas.

• Preventative Maintenance:
  
  

Implement preventative maintenance programs through scheduled inspections and servicing. Proactively identify and resolve maintenance issues. Manage spare parts and supplies inventory.

• Guest Services:
  
  

Respond to guest maintenance requests with professionalism and expediency. Resolve maintenance issues efficiently to minimize guest disruption. Provide clear communication to guests regarding the status of their maintenance requests.
