Front Desk Agent

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team in providing exceptional guest services at our hotel. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and efficient check-in and check-out processes. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to handle various tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor and provide assistance as needed.
• Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest information.
• Handle reservations, modifications, and cancellations through our hotel management system.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, providing solutions to enhance their stay.
• Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
• Maintain front desk operations by managing phone systems and responding to calls in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
• Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Experience

• Previous experience in front desk operations or guest services within the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel management software is advantageous.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse guests.
• Experience in night audit procedures is a plus but not mandatory.
• A background in hospitality management or related fields is desirable.
