About the Role

We are excited to announce the opening of a brand-new hotel near the Oklahoma City airport and are seeking friendly, professional, and service-oriented Front Desk Representatives to join our opening team. This is a great opportunity to be part of a new build from the ground up and help set the standard for excellent guest service.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm, professional manner
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
• Answer phone calls, take reservations, and respond to guest inquiries
• Process payments, room assignments, and billing accurately
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area
• Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance teams
• Follow hotel policies, safety procedures, and brand standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred (but not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and comfort with reservation systems
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
